Your areas of impact
- Define supply chain inside projects in close team work with Engineering, Planning and Commodity Managers
- Execute RFQ (Request for Quotation) process (incl. benchmark and DFM (Design for Manufacturing))
- Organize material for prototype (fast lane), consider early involvement of suppliers in EU and Asia
- Negotiate prices based on open calculation (incl. lead-time and total cost)
- Organize the launch of new products in operational procurement in Asia (Malaysia and China)
Your capacity for excellence
- Experience in managing procurement projects from start to finish, including contract negotiations and allocation of modules to module suppliers
- Ability to read drawings and specifications and draw conclusions on supply chain requirements
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting SCD data, as well as affinity to connect data points and derive conclusions
- Business fluent in German and English
