Your areas of impact
We're seeking a skilled Vision Engineer to develop innovative image processing solutions for our die-attach machines. You'll drive the development of highly accurate optical alignment- and inspection systems, focusing on optics, illumination, and algorithmics.
- Analyze and co-create specifications and requirements
- Create concepts and proofs of concept for image processing hardware- and software systems
- Develop, integrate, and qualify systems, working closely with adjacent departments and other development sites
- Support the implementation of quality assurance methods, documentation, and production transfer as needed
- Stay up to date with the latest technological developments and collaborate with scientific partners
- Improve and maintain our optics lab
- Serve as a technical interface and 3rd-level support for our customers, production sites, and suppliers
Your capacity for excellence
- Strong technical or scientific education
- Relevant work experience is desirable but not essential
- Technical and methodological expertise in the field of vision technology
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and excellent English skills
- Structured approach to work and creative problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in Germain and English
