Your areas of impact
In this role, you will develop innovative mechatronic solutions and drive systems for our high-precision pick-and-place machines, with a focus on:
- Simulation, development, specification, qualification, and documentation of mechatronic systems with a focus on control engineering applications (including mechanical, electronic, and software components)
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams such as electronics development, software development, mechanical and electrical integration, procurement, and application engineering
- Technical focus areas: control engineering, vibration engineering, electrical engineering, power electronics, measurement engineering, sensor technology, and system theory
- Participation in and consulting on the evaluation and selection of drive systems and components
- Acting as a technical interface to internal departments as well as suppliers, customers, and research partners
- Continuous development of technical expertise by monitoring industry trends and implementing relevant innovations
Your capacity for excellence

Degree in engineering (FH/University) in mechatronics, electrical engineering, control engineering, or a related field

Several years of professional experience in measurement and control technology is an advantage

Strong proficiency in the use of common software tools within the motion/control engineering environment is essential for this role

Experience in programming mechatronic systems is a plus

Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to work under pressure

Willingness to travel occasionally on an international level

Good German and English language skills
