Your areas of impact
To strengthen our international engineering activities, we are seeking a Field Engineer (f/m/d) with strong mechatronics expertise and a passion for hands‑on problem‑solving at customer sites worldwide.
After comprehensive onboarding at our Austrian site, you will support our customers – mainly in Taiwan, China, Korea, Singapore and the USA – and play a key role in product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Execute planned development tasks at customer locations
- Conduct troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable technical solutions
- Communicate findings clearly to internal engineering teams and customers
- Provide structured feedback to support product and process improvement
Your capacity for excellence
- Technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University or equivalent)
- Solid background in mechatronics engieneering
- Experience in using relevant engineering and software tools (e.g. Python)
- Fluency in English is essential for collaborating with customers and our global team
- German skills are advantageous, especially for local communication
- Strong intercultural competence and willingness to travel extensively (up to 100% abroad)
